Our team of highly experienced therapists is passionate about helping couples reconnect and thrive.
Each of us understands that reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, but we’re here to make the process as welcoming and supportive as possible.
This is your time to heal your relationship. We’re ready to help make it happen.
We offer in-person therapy at our central Orange County location right by John Wayne airport. Or you can do online therapy, whichever makes sense for you
As a group practice, we have therapists with multiple fee ranges and specialties, so when you reach out we’ll work to match you with the right therapist from our team!
This one is simple! We believe in getting started with therapy quickly and easily
Would you ever want to work with a therapist who hasn't done their own emotional work? We wouldn't. And so we only hire clinicians who have to ensure confidence in the process for our clients.
We're not a short-term, fix-you-in-six-weeks kind of practice. We want long term change and real healing. So we work very hard to help you get to the actual roots of your issues.
We offer therapy sessions online or in-person from our central Orange County location right by John Wayne Airport.
We offer therapy at varying rates according to the therapist's level of licensure.
Therapy Associates - $100 - $150 per session
Licensed Therapists - $150 - $225 per session
When you reach out, we'll work to find what makes sense for you.
We are considered "Out-Of-Network" providers, which means we do not accept any insurance directly. We've made the decision to work directly with our clients regarding payment, and they are very satisfied with this arrangement.
If you would still like to use your insurance, then you can potentially do so if your insurance plan has “Out-Of-Network” benefits. The way that would work is, you would pay for therapy at the time of the session, and then we will provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
We recommend calling your insurance company to confirm if your insurance policy has OON benefits for mental health services.
Otherwise you can choose to see us privately and not involve your insurance at all. See why many of our clients choose this option below.
Most of our clients actually prefer to work with us privately and not involve their insurance at all. This is because in order to use your insurance for counseling, a mental health diagnosis is required, and this gets attached to your record. If your challenges don’t meet the threshold of a diagnosis, then insurance companies can choose not to cover your therapy.
Insurance can put limitations on the number of counseling sessions you can have, prior to truly completing the process.
An insurance company has a right to call the therapist and ask how sessions are going
At any point they can say that therapy is no longer medically necessary and cancel the coverage
If you have more questions about this, or have questions about finding your OON benefits and would like to discuss, then we recommend reaching out to us page and we'd be happy to answer any questions.
Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes to one hour, although the duration may vary depending on individual needs and therapist availability. Your therapist will discuss session length and frequency with you during your initial appointment.
Therapy can help you gain self-awareness, develop coping skills, improve communication, build healthier relationships, and work through difficult emotions or experiences. It provides a safe and supportive environment to explore and address your concerns with the guidance of a trained professional.
