About me

There are times in life when we realize we have been walking down the same familiar roads - ones shaped by old scars, past misdirections, and the quiet echoes of “no” we’ve heard from others or have told ourselves for too long.

Then there comes a moment when you know deeply that change is calling. These crossroads provide an opportunity to stop, turn toward those wounds, and listen to what they have to say. Even as doubts whisper, you stop to listen to the quiet truth within you, the voice that has been waiting to be heard.

Healing is not about erasing the past or fixing what feels broken inside. It is not about becoming someone else. It is about reclaiming who you have always been. It is about discovering, often in the most tender, vulnerable, and yet courageous moments, that you have always been whole.

I utilize a psychodynamic approach that incorporates mindfulness to offer space that does not judge, invade, or abandon, so that the very wounds once hidden can become the doorway to self-acceptance and to recognizing your own deep worth.

Therapy is an invitation out of the burdened space of isolation and towards connection. The struggles, the quiet fears, the weight of feeling unseen, are not yours to bear alone. This is your space to speak out loud and understand the coherent narrative of your unique story, to hold your experiences close, and to say “yes” - to yourself, your healing, and the life you are ready to embrace.

There is space for you here, for your voice, for the healing that begins when you step into the conversation.
